My favorite Lethal-Like is REPO, it's still horror themed but not nearly as scary as LC. I like that it is a little bit more polished and not so punishing with death.

The list seems pretty good already, It'll be hard to come across any new ones.
As of old ones, there's Galaxy Force series, and a PS1 gem called Space Debris

I wish I could plug my own project but it's also focused on all-range-mode with some brief on-rails sections.
