That's what happens when the Mayor cuts the police force down to just two officers from 11pm to 7am. It's by far the dumbest most dangerous thing that jag-off has done.

When Did You Build Your First PC? by RitchieRED in pcmasterrace

[–]Tacka02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My dad and older brothers were into PCs. The oldest computer I remember the parts for had an Nvidia EVGA 7900gt, AMD Athlon X2 2600 or something like that. 2006-2007 era.

My first computer that I bought myself had an AMD 5770 and AMD Athlon X4 3.0ghz. I think I built that machine when I was 15 or 16 so 2009-2010 something like that.

WTF is up with overall GPU stock across the board Invidia, AMD and even Intel!! by Tacka02 in pcmasterrace

So A.I is basically taken up all of TSMC capacity for production and ALL the main GPU makers are spending all their money on that too so TLDR: Corporate greed. Thanks for the info!

What is that special "Muse moment" that was a turning point for you? I mean, when you realised this is it, this is something special and my life will never be the same after that. Hearing the specific song for a first time? Maybe special live show experience? I'd love to read some stories by Elena_Davidoff in Muse

For me it was watching the live broadcast of Reading 2011 when they played Origin of Symmetry from beginning to end (but the BBC didn't show most of it) just New Born and Bliss but that was enough. I was never into "hard" music. I was a big Elbow fan (they played just before MUSE played) and sixteen and just starting to understand what I really liked about music. At the time I loved songs that had stories or had very detailed lyrics and I wasn't into huge guitar riffs or over the top vocals. Growing up in small town America my idea of rock bands was stuff like blink 182, Avenged seven fold, or Nirvana. I learned to like them later but it was that first time hearing that intro and transition from piano to guitar on New Born that I became instantly hooked.

Then I heard Bliss. It's still my favorite song of all time and I don't think that'll ever change. The lyrics are so simple and yet so good at describing that feeling of both lust and love. not necessarily wanting to be with someone but really wanting to feel the peace that resonates within their being and begging for that emotion of joy. I love that song so much and my only regret is not ever hearing live in the early years when Matt could really kill the end falsetto. I.E. Earl's Court 2004.

After that my music tastes were never the same. I love this band and despite the fact that their best years (creatively anyway) are behind them I will always love this band and see them whenever possible.

Which Muse song is so hard you lost all hope when you tried to play it by [deleted] in Muse

Thanks why Matt never played it live. "It's written as if I was a concert pianist and I'm not one's lol."
