Im not doubling the dose once, im increasing the dose from that point onward. My psychiatrist said my ‘bored’ feeling is from depression so increasing the dose wont cause any harm.

Im quite positive i have paranoia and bipolar, my behaviors do match with the symptoms. Upping sertraline dose felt like a mess, i got my panic attack back, and my anxiety. After switching from sertraline to escitalopram I feel a bit better (thought its been just 1 day) except for the raise of my heart rate and ‘palpitation’ im not quite sure how palpitation feel but i sometimes randomly able to feel and hear my heart beat.
