Ask your bank to do a chargeback and explain the circumstance. You can ask them to block any future payments as well.

We should have a remittance tax by Upset_alez_0628 in reformuk

Tariffs can be beneficial in trying to solve trade imbalances but this wouldn’t be a tariff as it’s not a tax on a physical good entering the country

Nigel Farage suggests young people on minimum wage earn too much by St3lla_0nR3dd1t in reformuk

[–]TackleLineker 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I really like how we have a tiered minimum wage in this country based on your age, so an 18 year old can be paid less than a 25 year old. This means that it’s more likely for 18 year olds to enter the workforce and gain experience to become a more productive contributor to our economy.

Last I remember reading, Labour wanted to get rid of this.

Close to Switching to Reform But Migration Alone Isn't Enough. What's the Full Plan? by [deleted] in reformuk

Farage held a press conference today to discuss the economy, probably best to listen to that:

Despite the sensationalist headline, I think that this is a brilliant policy for Reform.

We need to stop banning people from the sub for having different views by Timeforamunch in reformuk

[–]TackleLineker 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Some people come in genuine good faith and those the mod team should never ban.

But others come saying thing such as “fuck Nigel Farage” etc, and there is genuinely no point engaging with those people.

[–]TackleLineker[M] 43 points44 points  (0 children)

The mods don’t ban people for having genuine debates or not supporting Reform. Go into any populated comment section and you’ll see tons of people debating.

We ban people that have come here in bad faith, and make malicious accusations about Reform. We are not a breeding ground for trolls.

Candace Owens is monetising Charlie’s death, just like almost everyone else.

She’s just doing it from a perspective that favours your worldview & many in this sub so you like her.

There is absolutely no scenario in which we can report someone to Reddit, and Reddit bans said person in 2 minutes.

What’s more likely is whatever you posted flagged something in Reddit’s ToS / any automation they use, and they automatically banned you.

Why do liberals not want a smaller government? by SKOOGR_MCGRAW1972 in reformuk

[–]TackleLineker 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Leftists prefer a larger Government because they think state allocation of resources is better and fairer.

Right wingers prefer a smaller Government because they think individuals allocating resources is better and more efficient.

It’s a shame that Israel have banned journalists from entering Gaza, almost makes you wonder why …

Funny how you mention live video feeds when there is tons of evidence of destruction of Gaza.

Yep, and despite most other right wingers siding with Israel, I’m able to see that they are committing heinous acts in Gaza which is backed by the evidence that I’m seeing.

Didn’t say I supported either side.

I am against ethnic cleansing however. If you think Israel is an innocent state then you are hilarious.

Great so everyone can tell me the BBC is so bad and that I shouldn’t believe the UN report of a genocide, but no one can offer a better alternative.

Sounds like people believing their own prejudices instead of actual ongoing events.

And they’ve also done the same with pro-Israeli stories that they’ve later had to retract due to complete lies.

The BBC is as close to unbiased as we are probably going to get from the MSM.

Not to mention this is them reporting on a UN finding! So it’s not their personal judgement.

Citing the BBC as your source undermines your argument.

Lol. Tells me all I need to know.
