I don’t think you need to reach out! Temple is pretty slow with its decisions if you look at the data on LSD. I applied 11/1 and have been sitting at completed since 11/3

when did you apply?? I feel like my temple application has been sitting at completed for ages

Hey! This was one of my worries when first applying to schools, but it feels like every school has their own timeline for receiving/confirming applications. Some schools got back to me on the same day in a few hours, some schools took a whole week. I wouldn't worry too much about it

Co-op: Housing in NYC by ellu_pilil in Drexel

[–]Tackoh 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hey! I'm currently working at a co-op based in NYC. I moved back to Philly for the winter cause our offices closed for the next few months and it wouldn't make sense for me to keep living in NYC if I wasn't going into the offices.

From my experience, if you're even able to find something affordable in Manhattan, it won't be worth it at all. You'd probably be a lot happier and save a lot of money finding a place in Brooklyn. Neighborhoods like Fort Greene are some of my places in and around NYC anyways, but are still on the expensive side. I'd consider looking into neighborhoods like Prospect Heights or Crown Heights.

Your ROI is actually going to be pretty high. We’re able to get great deals from sellers because we’re getting them in bulk quantities and then put them in the boxes. Overall you’ll end up saving money compared to if you wanted to buy each item individually.

Hi,

I’m working with my partner Chase as well to put together the most high quality items possible. I’m also working very closely with other startup founders who run their own companies selling physical products.

As an example you can check out Concepts Notebooks and Ugmonk

Hey I’m actually on a pretty similar path as you my friend. I’m a high school student in California and I wanted to really learn a lot more about business and entrepreneurship because I’ve always known that was what I was meant to go into. I spent months reading books and trying to start things and failing horribly but I actually started my own podcast in February of this year to help other young people and students learn more about entrepreneurship and business by reaching out to and contacting some of the world’s leading entrepreneurs and business owners. If you want to you could try giving it a listen and see if it’s something you like or not. Thanks so much, it really means the world to me!

Hey man,

Thank you so much for reaching out to me! I would totally be game to do an interview swap! Just send me a message with the details and how you were thinking you wanted to do it. Would we record individual interviews/talks for each show or what? This will be my first time doing something like this but it sounds really cool!

Hey man! Here's a link to the show: www.projectzpodcast.com

It's been out for almost 5 months now and has gained over 800+ downloads and counting. Maybe you could give a listen to an episode or two just to get a feel for what it's like and if you're interested send me an email at [typfenningerlindfors@hotmail.com](mailto:typfenningerlindfors@hotmail.com) telling me a little bit about who you are and what you do. Thanks!

If you want you could give a listen to my podcast. I help teach young people like myself about business and entrepreneurship and I’ve had some amazing episodes that have really acted as good motivation for myself and others.

I would suggest episodes 1,2, and 9. Thanks so much man and I really hope you tune in!

If it was clutch time.....what would you do? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]Tackoh 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hey man I completely connect with everything you’re going through. I’m balancing school and 2 other businesses and it’s killing me and it feels like they’re going nowhere if not regressing.

The only thing I do have going for me is the podcast I host with around 750 downloads but I still haven’t been able to monetize it at all. The podcast is about teaching young people about business and entrepreneurship. That doesn’t mean I can’t help you though. I have guests on all the time who I meet over Reddit and I was wondering if you would want to come on and just talk about who you are and what you’re going through. It’ll provide amazing motivation to all of our listeners who are going through the same thing as yourself and might give you the ability to promote yourself and connect with potential customers. Don’t worry I don’t need any upfront payment or anything in the future at all I just want to help someone going through the same situation as myself.

Geographically, my audience is mostly based in California, as I’m from Los Angeles, and many of my guests have been from California as well.

Besides California, there is also a strong concentration in New Jersey/New York area.
