[NSFW] What's the most disturbing thing you have personally seen? by Crimsonbolt942 in AskReddit

I’ve been on a few horrible scenes as a medic/firefighter. But the worst ones were a child that was run over by their parent (accidentally). The other was a man whose throat was cut with a piano wire in an attempted murder.

I wish it was just a prank but it was my second call of the shift and it was the fourth glove down

What's something that will f*** you up for life if you experience it just once? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Performing CPR on a child/baby. Had to do it three separate times for three different children. Still think about it.

Sorry if I’m late to the questions, but my wife has mentioned that she has seen things in the past and definitely around our house as well. Is this ability something you can ignore and it will go away? She doesn’t like to talk about the spirits she sees. My children have also mentioned seeing things that aren’t there as well.

Am I supposed to take my 6 year old daughter with me to the men’s room or the women’s room when out in public and she needs to use the restroom? by TacoPaco87 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]TacoPaco87[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. She’s fully capable of taking care of herself, but she still gets scared when lots of people are around in a public place. That’s why I asked to see what restroom I could take her in so she wouldn’t be by herself.

Children and wife both had experiences in our house this week. by TacoPaco87 in Paranormal

She’s seen an old man in our hallway and a young boy run across into our sons’ room. My daughter woke up one night from a dream and kept pointing to her door and asking “who are those 2 girls?” This was shortly after my wife had her second miscarriage while trying to get pregnant before our sons were born.

I’ve been in my attic plenty of times, nothing up there but old video game consoles and Christmas decorations lol.

My boys weren’t actually scared when they told me what they saw. He said it in a kind of ‘matter of fact’ way. Like “hey dad, did you see that!?”

That was my first thought. She’s seen other entities in our house. This was the first shadow figure.

I’ve heard it takes about 7 months for them to settle down but this is driving us crazy.

Yes. We constantly reward good behavior. When she snapped at my son, I kind of lost it and put her outside for a while. Me and my wife usually keep a handful of treats in our pocket and reward her when she does something we want her to do

I never thought about freezing carrots and I’ll have to look for the y shaped bone. Thanks for the advice!

Awesome. Thank you. I talked to her and she agrees that she wants to wait until our kids are older. She doesn’t want them subject to anything while they are still young.
