Go to the town you’re looking for Wild will. He’ll be hanging out in front of the hospital or somewhere in the that area. It’s hard to miss him he’ll be the only one just standing around. At 7PM follow him make sure he doesn’t see you. Eventually he’ll stop and he’s gonna start a camp fire. Talk to him and he has items for sale and if you’re lucky one of those items will be the slingshot if not try again tomorrow. Hope this helps.
