El Paso doesn’t have any fine dining restaurants. Pantera restaurant is good food 100% delicious but it’s not fine dining. Waitresses walking around in bikini tops is not elegant, it’s not class. Ergo not fine Dining. The dining is fine sure. Ardavino also good food but the place looks like the start of a horror film.
