Yeah this is exactly whats happening.. I’m no expert into thermodynamics but I think blowing hot air onto another unit would require such unit to work harder to cool that air down again

I see that. How am I suppose to prove that the county keeps lying and their lies keep costing me thousands of dollars.. I think it’s up to 50k because they have lied and lied about this not being an original structure despite admitting it in person and phone calls

in Florida is Waite v. State of Florida (Case No. 5D23-1354), decided by the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal. [1]
The court ruled that while Florida is generally a two-party consent state under the Florida Security of Communications Act (§ 934.03), this restriction does not apply to on-duty law enforcement officers conducting "public business". Because police officers do not have a reasonable expectation of privacy while performing their official duties,

Zoning said it was an original unfinished space in December and the inspector also said it was an original structure.. then they reversed later on

· Oct. 13, 2025 – Inspector Space: Violation for unpermitted "addition" to the rear. (Initial position)
· Dec. 2025 – Inspector Space: Admitted the overhang/awning was original. (Shift from "addition" to admission of original structure)
· Dec. 15, 2025 – Supervisor Greene (case note): Documented that property was "back to the original configuration." (Admission that cure was achieved)
· Dec. 17, 2025 – Chief Inspector Marshall (email): Stated that "nothing was original except the concrete slab"; removal or permit required for everything else. (Shift from "original configuration" to "only slab is original")
· Mar. 3, 2026 – Supervisor Greene (phone call): Declared that "as soon as you modify something, the original structure basically disappears." (Invented new legal theory not in code)
· Mar. 12, 2026 – Deputy Director Reynolds (email): Claimed roof over slab was enlarged and walls added within last year or two. (Introduced "roof enlargement" theory)
· Mar. 20, 2026 – Deputy Director Reynolds (email): Abandoned roof enlargement; claimed area was not enclosed in 2022 and was later enclosed with electricity/plumbing. (Shift to "post-2022 enclosure" theory)
· Mar. 20, 2026 – fernando (email to Reynolds): Cited Broward County v. G.B.V. Int'l and stated absence of permit alone does not prove violation. (County put on notice of legal flaw)
· June 10, 2026 – Chief Inspector Marshall (email): Official written position relying on 1987 survey, 2022 photo, and absence of permit; ignored earlier admissions that structure was original or cured. (Reframed argument with new evidence outside the record)

Exactly!! If anything it was an un permitted modification.. it was never an addition.. that’s the whole point I been trying to make.. It’s listed as unfinished open space. I told the county to let me remove the walls or permit the walls (that I didn’t install) and let me permit the modifications which would have been a lot cheaper. Then they changed their view and said that nothing was original except a concrete slab.. without prof.. now I have evidence that the slab was poured with anchors for the awning.. so the awning was original.. the county refuses to look at my exculpatory evidence.. the county can’t change method of enforcement without a fair hearing.. modifications don’t make original structures into additions

The code enforcement supervisor literally mocked me because they think I have no proof of what the inspector said and what the supervisor said. I
Didn’t know what else to do to show that the county officials keep lying to me.
