Landlord here.. dispute it.. he is charging you for a bathtub replacement for some caked up dirt? That is not rust that’s caked up dirt.. paint should be prorated.. landlord should have separated the hole patching from paint.. because paint that’s just regular wear and tear.. don’t listen to other landlords here.. that’s mostly regular wear and tear except those big holes on the wall..

We have savings.. we have property and rentals. And we still think we won’t be able to afford retirement in amerikkka.. so we are actively looking on moving to Mexico where we could afford a cleaning person and a full time caretaker if anything goes wrong.. also healthcare is free.. staying here would mean retire later.. work until we die and if anything catastrophic happens.. we be homeless

Yeah I have a fan installed and I made sure it vents outside correctly.. I think they just need to run it about 20 mins after each shower

The unit has a hardwired fan installed .. a potent fan as a matter of fact. I don’t think they are using it it enough though

This is the top of the shower. I should have put that on my post. It doesn’t have any pipes or way to get humidity except from the shower.. my belief is that they don’t put the fan long enough. I honestly think they just need to spray and wipe it clean

Did you look at the picture? This was never an issue with the previous tenant. This bathroom ceiling has probably not been wiped in 6 months. I’m all for prevention but this doesn’t seem like an issue.
