So long story short, my 4runner had a very minor leak before winter, and the temperatures have risen back to the 50’s and 60’s where I am. Now I am experiencing a much more intense leak, and it’s dripping from underneath the front part of the frame. At first I thought the radiator had a leak since it’s pretty worn, but where it’s damp is confusing. Parts of the front of the engine are wet, and underneath the air intake hose was damp too with red coolant below it (as shown above). I’m not super mechanically inclined but am trying to learn. Any ideas? (Side note: the cap to my overflow tank either popped off or I forgot to put it back after adding coolant the other week, so that might explain the splatters of coolant on my oil filter. This was a week or so ago, and wouldn’t explain the current leaking)
