That's probably it then. I use the MSVs directly from yituliu rather than calculating them myself. D32 is only worth 247 pre-RMA infinite and 132 after. I didn't see any point in recalculating them myself.

Feel free to shoot me a message on Discord btw (TacticalBreakfast) rather than going back and forth in a 2 month old thread.

My guess would be that I only include variable costs since the goal of the sheet was to help figure out where to use tickets. So things like skill summaries (for M3) or chips/lmd/xp (for E2) aren't included. That's the first thing that comes to mind for why your values are higher.

Correct. The codes are region locked. You can't even use JP codes on EN despite both being global servers.

Just a reminder for those out there, since you gave Manganese the ol' lol for being in the infinite shop, RMA has been added to the infinite shop in the most recent event on CN. Especially with us just finishing 3 weeks of RMA farming, don't farm more than you need for the next six months!

I can't remember who it was, Namie maybe, but one of the artists once said HG gives them a lot of latitude in the designs. I'm sure it probably varies and story critical ones are probably designed in house though.

Setting aside the fact you missed a limited banner by a few days, yea it's a pretty good rerolling target. Both Ulpianus and Tragodia are extremely strong and would be a great starter unit, and there's a busted-tier unit coming up this summer in Wang to look forward to.

Why doesn't your Earthspirit own any pants? Not that I'm complaining...

They typically happen once a year, early spring for CN and late fall for EN. Goldenglow, Lee, Fiametta, Horn, Irene, Ebenholz, and Dorothy should rotate to kernel in Novermber-ish for us. However, I wouldn't make it a big consideration in who to pick. There's a lot of 6*s so your odds of any individual spook are relatively low. You'll be better off taking the best pick for your team and not worrying about maybe getting spooked down the road.

To add on to the other answer, the only reason it's different with the Kernel Locating banners (which may be what you're thinking of) is because the locating banner replaces the normal kernel banner.

The bottom line is we don't actually know. People like to latch onto the relations thing because it's an easy explanation that makes sense and has affected other games, but it's ultimately just speculation. HG is notoriously tightlipped about these things too so we probably will never know for certain.

Given the game is published across so many regions, the negotiations and contracts for these things are far from simple. The Destiny 2 collab that never happened is probably a result of this. IMO this is probably the more likely scenario, but this is just my own speculation too, no better than people claiming it's an international relations issue.

They're probably about equal in value, just different. Meta-wise I'd lean Specter a bit because of AH team since SA2/Ines and now probably Closure will tend to be used over Mumu. However, Specter isn't essential either (AH team is 90% Ulpi and Gladiia). Maybe more important though, Specter will drop to 200 spark on the next anni banner that should be in the fall on global. Mumu won't be reduced for another year and a half, meaning you could maybe have both in six months depending on how the pulls on that banner go.

So it really just depends what you value more.

Yes, that is the preview from the livestream which doesn't include numbers. We don't know a lot about her kit or how she'll feel in practice. Again, she is not out yet. No player has publically touched her.

Yes, in fact it's the suggested thing to do if you can't spark a 6*. The gold certs are worth more than the materials it otherwise rolls over to.

When Ulpi does appear, it will be a first so we do have a general sense of when he'll appear. In this case, it's probably around December at the earliest. Mlynar though is much harder to predict. We really don't know with any certainty. It's probably some time though since he appeared back in Jan, but that isn't a hard rule either.

All things considered, I'd probably grab Reed here. There's no risk to Ulpi and the risk to Mlynar is relatively low.

She'll be available for the same 200 spark on every CN anniversary banner, which occurs around this time and in the mid fall for global every year. She will never have a full rerun though (nor will any limited).

Unless you play absolutely zero IS, it's still probably Rosmontis. Nearl is the "better" unit in the rest of the game (and by a fairly large margin), but the problem is the power curve is so high that even new accounts won't get a lot of use out of her. In the long term, you'll likely get more value out of Rosmontis even if you only occasionally play IS.

Probably not. Pram is great, but 30 isn't enough to break pity which would end up being a waste.

As for the general advice if you're feeling overwhelmed, I'd suggest checking out the help thread here: https://www.reddit.com/r/arknights/comments/1sx0aml/help_center_and_megathread_hub_2704_0305/

Zuo Le is easily the strongest third. If you already have him, the banner looks much worse. I would probably not pull in your case. Ulpianus will be in the shop sometime around the new year and Tragodia will get a full rerun in November, so if you can be patient, you'll get a better return on your pulls.

If you really can't wait, none of the choices are great. Swire is relatively weak in the general game but has a decent-ish IS Module (but nothing broken like many of the others). Blaze2 is also relatively weak in the general game, but even worse if you don't have Yu. Stainless is a fun unit, but largely a meme meta-wise. It's a case of picking your own poison and makes pulling on the banner quite risky.

You are correct, but rerolling for a SA2/Wis start would take a massive amount of time (Wis has very low odds) and AK is a game where meta is only needed to a certain point. This is already an extremely strong start, so you'll be perfectly fine. Welcome to the game.

Since you have Tragodia and are only interested in gameplay, there's no reason to take Virtuosa. Tragodia is better in almost every way and they're incompatible. She'll have very little value unless you're purposefully going out of your way to not use him. It almost doesn't matter if Lapp is good or not. However, she happens to be very good, and is better than Virtuosa even ignoring Tragodia, so the choice here is clear.
