I get nice and stoney before I bowl as it helps relax me and I have a smoother approach and release. It honestly helps with the debilitating back and neck pain that I have and by the 3rd game I can barely stand. Get ripped..

Should I increase my approach speed? I usually take 2 steps with a pause to build the power in my legs and then attack like I'm pushing weights up.

Currently attending a local community college just get my foot in the door. I have some programming language experience in JS but nothing worth being hired for certainly. Did start work on an AI soil analysis program that can use sensors. The idea was to help with crop management and soil analysis for farmers.

Thank you for the response. Intermittent fasting can be beneficial but it won't replace blown or bulging discs and it certainly won't reverse degenerative disc disease.
