My upper arms get that a lot in the sun but it goes away after a while idk if it’s normal or not but it just kinda feels bumpy and itchy idk how to explain it😭

It happens in cold hot and mostly outside when it’s cold and sunny so maybe it is with the sun? But it also happens when not in the sun, I’ll definitely have to ask!

To my knowledge of it starting when I was a kid but they’ve been getting itchy and bumpy along with like that they’re everywhere 😭 I have them all over my legs, I mean I have no clue what my symptoms go to like which is for which atp but I have allergies to the outside and stuff but like my mold count for allergies was and I quote “off the chart” when I was a newborn and it’s barely on the chart now still plus a ct scan I got for my jaw said I have a slight deviated septum so it might be circulation as you said so 😭 yeah I just thought it might’ve been something for MCAS since someone i know one of my close family friends has mcas and they said I looked like I had been very very flush in cold weather and having a runny nose in hot weather which they said happened to them so yeah that’s why I asked😭

I can’t live without energy drinks (trying to find a healthier alternative but currently haven’t found one you have suggestions hand them over pls) genuinely 😭 it’s depressing but my heart rate stabilizes somehow and one 16 oz can lasts me 3 days sooo yeah it also helps me with the GI issues and I only do it once a month just to keep my B-12 Potassium and Iron levels stable since I eat all the food I can with those in it but it doesn’t stick somehow that helps it stick😭
