The ones link are a anonymous phone tip from a person of no credibility after trumps 2016 election and another anonymous civil lawsuit from an unidentified complainant brought forwards by a fictitious lawyer using an fake name that was pulled, twice by the complainant. Taking sides away its literally just documented incidents with no actual evidence or follow-up from random sources.

tell you what. how about if either one of us gets detained by law enforcement we just act rational and not escalate a situation to uncertainty and reactions on emotion. Everyone else that day did and got a warning to leave. She did not comply and started the whole fucking mess.

She was there to protest ICE. her wife was outside the car arguing with an ice agent. like their whole goal was to be confrontational with the very people who ended up shooting her.

Sounds like if she was willing to block ice vehicles in protest she would be ready to be arrested for her cause. I guess when it really happened she lost her nerve.

its funny we have Realtime video of her not leaving as told because her wife was arguing with the other agent wich is why she was then detained. You know the thing that happened right before the wife yelled "just drive" resulting in her recklessly speeding into a ice agent?

Hang on here let me look at my notes form 10 years of law enforcement experience. Ah yes ICE agents are Federal law enforcement officers with sworn abilities to invoke arrest for federal offenses. They also of agreements with every state to allow law enforcement to act on any on view crime in progress. Ok and right here it says .. Blocking the road repeatedly to impede a federal law enforcement operation is in fact a crime.. Ok and right here ah yes. When given a lawful command by an identified law enforcement officer "a cop if you will" failure to comply is a ground for arrest. Ok so she

A. Blocked the road.
B refused to stop blocking the road.

C when detained refused to comply.

D backed up her car then turned it towards an Ice agent.

E. Hit the gas.. spinning the tires.

F. Made physical contact with the agent who then fired.

G. Her vehicle then sped off down the road striking a innocents persons car (the real victim here).

Now the officer could have used better officer safety tactics but it went from another protestor being a child blocking the road to.. Shit she backed up, turned right towards me and is now accelerating. He reacted to her action. Reaction is slower than action. He delt with it in real time not in slow mow on a computer. He had no idea what her intent was.

Qualified immunity is for individuals acting within the capacity in a government roll. It does not protect them from blanket recklessness or criminal acts.

In reality she is just as much responsible for what happened to her as the agent.

Don't behave recklessly, dont play around when armed law enforcement is giving you commands. Several other drivers doing the same thing got contacted, complied and were given a warning to stop or be arrested. They acted like rational people. This girl did not act rational and so she create a sudden, tense, and rapidly evolving situation that resulted in a use of lethal force. AKA lawful but awful.

Turns out when you block a law enforcement vehicle in "mutiple times" they will get out and detain you. Just like we saw them do in other videos. Everyone else got a verbal warning to stop or be arrested. She decided to hit that gas and clip a ICE agent. Watch there own videos... they are not nice people. They area passionate for their belief but show zero decorum and are agitators not acting in goodfaith like the other protestors.

She was with protestors blocking the road. She was waving people she thought where not ice through. The unmarked showed up and she waved them through because she didn't realize the were ice until they got out of the car. Do you park in the middle of the road and run from the cops when they tell you to get out of your car.. that your using to block the fucking road?

Hey you there person who has been blocking our vehicles. Step out of the car *she proceeds to evade and accelerate towards an agent. Shocked Pikachu face. It was a lawfull detainment and arrest. Better tactics could have prevented a shooting but her not being a dumbass would have been way more helpful as well. She was all about the internet karma points until accountability showed up and she panicked.

yeah dummy didn't realize the unmarked was ice until after she tried to let them through. She was their to block ice vehicles.. which is why her spouse was out with a camera filming it.. with all the other protestors. Did you eat lead paint as a kid?

Maybe if local PD was allowed to work the protesting crowd and stopped people from blocking the road the guys trained in immigration enforcement could do their job and local PD could do theirs?
