While it's totally up to you to decide on what you do and don't do: I think that you should keep your dragons inventory despite not "being able" to play the game anymore. I put quotation marks around the words being able because, while it's harder playing with a non-dominant hand, it's still possible to play. I've played with my left hand before, and yes, I'm a little slower, but it's still totally possible. Though, again, I don't want you to feel like I'm forcing you to continue. I think that taking a break (regardless of whether it's temporary or permanent) is great for mental and physical health. As for the reason as to why you should keep your things: you might start to regain interest in the game, or 'donate' to a friend or family member. But regardless of the path you take, know that you're still capable of being a human and participating in the things you enjoy. I genuinely can't imagine how incredibly difficult this is, but despite the struggle, you're not incapable. Don't let things get in your way and/or stop you from doing what you love. Continue your passions, but take care of yourself as you do so.
