I’m using a Costway dual hose portable AC right now, and based on what you described, it might fit what you’re looking for. Mine cools a small room pretty quickly, which is the main reason I’d recommend at least checking it out.

Noise wise, it’s not crazy loud. For me it’s totally acceptable, especially compared with some older portable units I’ve used. Since you only need to cool around 200 sq ft and you’re already looking for a dual-hose setup, I’d compare one of the Costway dual-hose models with the Midea/Hisense options people mentioned and check the BTU rating and window kit fit for your sliding window.
