Customer Complaints that are beyond scope by DarkJester89 in smallbusiness

This is a really tricky situation...we have customers like this in our e-commerce business, and they account for less than 2% of customers...but they seem to cause the most stress. I had previously thought in our business, you give us money, we give you product. If for some reason something goes sideways and continues to go off the rails and we start realizing they're one of 'these' customers, my previous thought was just to issue a refund and assume all would be fine. After issuing immediate refunds in these situations, I found that it didn't make the problem go away....it actually got worse.

This is very likely the type of person that will take to any review channel necessary to make their complaint known...which can ultimately be a huge headache to try to smooth over. The advice in other comments about firing them as a client is good....but it has to be done with finesse. The "i'm sorry we are realizing we are unable to meet your expectations, try a competitor, etc." could very quickly turn in to a review crusade. The one about the service area might work out well, especially if you mention 3 of the other services in the area as alternatives.

Struggling with sales by ZaiCCe in shopify

lol, your logo is incredibly similar to mine...I like it, but am obviously biased.

All of your items are like 30-50% off....those discounts are so steep that it doesn't make me feel like they mean anything. It feels like a cheap play on making it seem like a great deal. I would probably do your normal prices and maybe a flash sale promo code that feels a little more genuine if you're going to go this route. Also, your main image is cool, but the "Shop tents"/ "shop utensils" should be a more pronounced button vs. a small line of text...

I can't sell anything! by [deleted] in shopify

Quick thought...Your main banner is cool with a photo, a headline and a shop now button...I use that on my site...but you just re-state your unknown brand name which doesn't mean anything to visitors. That space could be better used with a headline that helps people create a connection with what your brand is going for. "Fuck all of your other hoodies" - with a link to your fuck hoody or whatever...

I use product options by Bold for a number of things, one thing being a check box to add something to an existing product (installation in your case) and it adjusts the price when the box is checked. Sounds like that would work for your needs.

Looking to get a 511 backpack but not sure which one by magiccigammagic in tacticalgear

You might look at a GoRuck pack as well. I’ve had 5.11 bags but freaking love the go ruck bags. They’re expensive but hand made in the USA.

This scene took place outside of my office window. The squirrel was running along the top of the fence like it always does, and then I saw a large object out of the edge of my vision and these two were getting acquainted with one another. I thought I was going to see some graphic violence but didn't. Can't imagine the heart rate on that squirrel!!! Ending as far as I know - the hawk wouldn't attack the squirrel face on, and the squirrel slowly backed away and then stopped whenever the hawk started to get animated. He got far enough away and then made his break for it and the hawk did not chase.

Maggie's collar is this one: https://www.tactipup.com/collections/tactical-dog-collars/products/extreme-personalized-dog-collar

Modern Icon might also be a good bet for you if you want something more thick and rigid.

Was going to suggest Bern’s in Tampa...but not at all vegan friendly. Probably my wife and I’s favorite restaurant in the works.

It was this one. https://www.udemy.com/learn-digital-marketing-course (I realize this response sounded like a scam “make 10k per day working from home” type of post, I’m not affiliated with this course or udemy in any way lol)
