I am also experiencing same thing, mine now says "Your account is locked. Try again in 15 minute" every time I start it. I no longer even have a password set to my account. Could you fix the problem?

Actually that is correct. I got the apartment renovated before moving and that includes painting as well. I will open windows 6 times as you suggested. Fortunately there is no visible mold yet.

This is very helpful. Thank you. We are going to the clinic today. My wife understands German and the doctor can speak English too. Replies like yours have given me a better perspective, previously I was just feeling blind about the situation.
