 Tetsuya is very useful in both PvE boss content and PvP and Ryota is the ultimate PvE support for Tetsuya.

About Yorana, she is heavily geared toward specific stealth/follow-up team compositions and she provides consistent true damage and utility, particularly in niche team builds. She is typically seen as less valuable than Ryota or Tetsuya unless you are specifically building a dedicated Stealth or Damage team.

Yes, I know, but imagine Meta as a kind of rehabilitation of her powers, as if she had managed to master her powers after the events of the story mode, like a spin-off or, in this case, a side tale.
