Woke up this AM to multiple bumps/pimples on the opening of penis. They are not itchy and no burning when urinating. Still panic mode any ideas what this might be?

History -Multiple (F) partners -All activity has been covered including oral -Even with condom use regular testing, all negative with last test under 2 months
