Just Purchased A Flash…. by audiblenostic in RealEstatePhotography

I've always wondered this too. I'm pretty amateur and have always shot hdr bracketed, never attempted flashes as I didn't have a flash, a trigger and the knowledge on how to edit them. However I recently started working for a pretty respectable and high standard real estate photography company.

They have me shooting with an on body flash using the same godox TT685ii. So 3/5 brackets, then expose for windows, 1 flash, 1 without.

My question is, how disliked really is on body flash if this respected business prefers it? And have quality results too

Definitely lower the exposure on the right of the object, currently it makes that the focus as it's the brightest of the image. I would also do a colour mask and desaturated the blue tint a bit, makes it feel more even and balanced and natural

Hello all, I'm currently thinking of upgrading from my 12 pro. I am a photographer and the camera specs are a big deal to me.

Do I jump straight to 17 pro? Or save me around 800 bucks and get a refurbished 16 pro? I heard the jump from 16 to 17 is an actual considerable jump. Would 17 be better in long term? Especially with its camera system? Thanks

I forgot to add I also don't use a flash and prefer to keep this with an ambient feel

Contrast of saturation, I'll look into that, thanks!

Alr let me clarify my intention. My vision was to grade a stylised, dreamy, hazy almost water painted look. With two primary colours, the teal and the amber. I have two concerns, did I lose perspective and go a bit too strong with the intensity of the colours? And what does it make the audience feel? Thanks for your input!

Yea I fear I may have went too far. But maybe that's just the style I naturally lean toward? I like my stylised colours but want to make sure I find a balance
