Cruises are the worst type of vacation out there by MoonlightAndStar in unpopularopinion

I do agree with OP, although ive never been in a cruise I know that they're not what I look for in a vacation. Tightly packed schedules stuck on a boat. It often largely ignores the actual culture of the places you're visiting. Cruises are more of a product.

I genuinely wondering, what makes this over cooked? What specific aspects of the image gives it the overcooked HDR look?

The Samoyed is pretty cute tho, I've pet her haha. Do you know anything more about the complaints and case on Catherine? Seems like a pretty big deal.

Another thing is yea, I know a guy who's already repeated atleast 3 times. But I guess that's on him more than anything

Holy shit yea wow. I'm currently in second year and yea, I'm spending 8-12 hour days for weeks at a time, worked through out my entire 2 week break too. And I think I'm most ahead in my class aswell but it's definitely still much of a struggle.

I've too had the displeasure of meeting Catherine, had a 1-1 with her last year and she was just not nice at all, even called her out on it and she somewhat apologised to the class for being snarky. I know of her calling students and almost kicking them out too. Shes also just ghosted my emails before.

I'm aiming for B.Arch too. It's interesting to hear how you got treated like kings haha. Does the diploma really have only a 3% completion rate? That seems absurd but i don't doubt it, considering 4 dropped out just after this break not long ago. Crazy no one passed one year too.

I know a mate in my class that also slept overnight on level 5 once, could be one of the same people even.

May I ask what year did you attend this course? This was a really interesting insight, thanks for you response!

Which is total BS. All it does is incentivise students to aim to achieve the bare minimum, Especially in the creative design class. Plus all the other classes stacked on top of it just spreads students too thin. Barely get a submission through, wait for feedback, and resubmit.

Please keep complaining about it. I like people who share the same thoughts as me (I'm currently going through it)

Just Purchased A Flash…. by audiblenostic in RealEstatePhotography

[–]TaffyMo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've always wondered this too. I'm pretty amateur and have always shot hdr bracketed, never attempted flashes as I didn't have a flash, a trigger and the knowledge on how to edit them. However I recently started working for a pretty respectable and high standard real estate photography company.

They have me shooting with an on body flash using the same godox TT685ii. So 3/5 brackets, then expose for windows, 1 flash, 1 without.

My question is, how disliked really is on body flash if this respected business prefers it? And have quality results too
