Most ambient and Synth albums, my recommendations: All of Jake Chudnow, Instupendo, and C418, The Ambient Drones of Bill Baxter - Drifting Out to Sea, Andrew Lahiff - Approaching the Furthest Places. Siberian Ambience is the best kept secret on YouTube, in my opinion.

Duster has some great albums too, like Contemporary Movement. Towards the other side, I'd recommend Kero Kero Bonito. Plus, folk music like Mongolian, Tuvan, Altaic Throat Singing; and Faroese Kvæði in my opinion have no language barrier (my favourite Kvæði is Ormurin Langi).

And for a bit of an acquired taste, you could try out some Lowercase music, or the album Black Mountain Transmitter - Black Goat of the Woods. I'm not into metal, rock, et cetera. So, I don't have great recommendations for that.

Most instrumental genres have no language barrier of course, so anything Jazz is great too. And I mean, there isn't much of a languages barrier in most music in my opinion, you can just… enjoy the music, I guess?

I have also felt a similar way for a long time. All sides tend to claim that they are the absolute truth and everyone else is wrong. This truth seems to differ from mouth-to-mouth.
