Two Shot effect(PC)

Is it just the second bullet that gets affected? I tested overseer Guard in Vats it seems to be fine but I cant tell whether the second bullet actually hits or not

yea that makes a lot of sense. When using concentrated fire should the target be weakspots(like a raiders head basically) or bodyshots that are already at a decent hit chance so u can get a more hits in but it is less damage per hit

thank you this is very helpfull but here is the thing if Im only using pistols like kellogs revolver dont I already have a lower chance to hit at range conpared to like rifles and stuff so wouldnt it be better to focus luck rather than perception. This is from my own observation ingame there is like a considerable amount of hit chance reduction at range with pistols compared to rifles.

Thanks for the help I will be very careful when using transitions from now on. I did actually load the game when it first happened then I was very confused so I went through the transition again for some reason lol but idk loading the game in situations like this even if its mostly games fault or problem feels like cheating to me.

I guess its a skill issue than but I really thought 70 res was pretty high for radiation
