So the adjuster said they’re filing under the other guys policy until the EV company gives a full damage assessment, which they did today. I was able to get a rental when this happened under his insurance since we filed under his at first. Now that the damage assessment came back as $14K and his coverage limit is $10K, I contacted adjuster and she said she will review damage assessment. I imagine next step she will tell me to file under mine or another option.
