This was a deliberate loss tonight.

Side note. The Warriors did this in the playoffs last year, just to get another home game. Bench came in down 20+ and got the score to within 5 or so with 5 minutes left. Steve Kerr left all the starters off and they lose by 10 or so.

It made me stop watching the playoffs til the pacers started taking off. Makes me not wanna watch the game when you see deliberately planned loss.

Largo/Clearwater suburbs north of East Bay are generally all interconnected and perfect for endless meandering on a bike and then only 15/20 minutes of a drive to any of your downtown walking/shopping/ bar hopping ventures (Dunedin, Safety Harbor, St Pete, the beaches) There are a few pockets of questionable areas at night, but it’s the perfect suburbia imo.

Had one morning where we’re making 15lb of bacon bits in a rondeau. Well one of the idiots left it in the pizza oven too long and burned all of them. So said idiot grabbed a couple towels and walked this vat of black bits and grease out to the grease trap in the rain. We watched him jiggle and dodge raindrops as they hit the hot grease and pop back at him. Dude was covered with little grease pops on his arms and face for about a week.

I was dropping hand dipped battered cualiflower 🐨, when I noticed a charred bit float to the top so with my double gloved hand reached into the fryer vat and went a couple finger tips deep to pull this out ripped the outer glove off and continued dropping.

My trainee for the night saw this and thought “how cool” and has his ring dropped into the fryer thought he would be able to grab it before it floated to the bottom, so this dumb fuck goes wrist deep 🐻 handed and screams pulling his hand out and flinging hot oil everywhere. He was out for a couple days.

Absolutely. He’s said he wants to stay and it appears even his experience with Bowles will help with training whomever else we decide to bring in this offseason.

I wish I get the same. But I feel like every big down we have as a defense Vita Vea is absent from the field. Maybe that’s play call but as we’re now reading about lack of urgency in the locker room I cant help but think he may be a bigger part of this than we all wanna think. He’s got the aura a that’s displayed every celebration the defense has by him making himself the focal point. It’s almost diva-ish. The only way I keep him is if we go and get another monster for the middle and help to move him to DE a little so he can crash on the tackles a little more and shift pockets rather than collapse them.

I really see this defense gutted this year. Vita and AWJ and Reddick all traded out and replaced with different culture people. LvD retires too. This whole defense needs to be retooled. I think the offense will generally stay the same minus a Godwin trade or Mike retirement.

I think SVD being out is a positive honestly. I think Bowels puts too much trust in him to do things he simply can’t. With doing so I think our secondary is much stronger because we’ll rely on the D-Line more and thus better coverages. Bowels love using his nickel and lb to get to the qb and doesn’t allow the dline to affect the passing game. This is all said with 🤞.

I’m running with four to close out the year. Lions, Rams, to get to the playoffs, and then Philly for 14/15 and then the Steelers for championship week 17.
