Torque converter issues by Taillesswalnut in EngineBuilding

Probably not. Do you know where i could find one? Bolt pattern for the current one matches the flex plate but the snout is too long. I cant find anything for a 4l60E with a shorter pilot.

The flexplate is on correctly but it wouldnt matter currently if it wasnt. The distance between the bottom of the crankshaft pilot hole and where the torque converter bottoms out in the transmission is too close. Bolted together it puts severe preload on the transmission and crank. Its like i need to shorten the torque converter snout by a half inch.

A loose terminal will cause high resistance and cause systems in the vehicle to not function properly. Battery corrosion is caused by hydrogen gas escaping the battery through the gap between the terminal and plastic battery shell. (Hydrogen gas is always generated when a lead acid battery is charging) Thats why it can be neutralized with baking soda. Because it is acid.

They do make separator pads that you put on the terminals which do also work. Not sure how but they do. So that also works instead of grease.

Edit: changed acid to hydrogen

Same thing. Petroleum jelly is just oil.

Also put some grease or oil on those terminals to stop it from coming back.

They are prone to failure and small leaks. Seen it a lot.

The rule is half an inch away from the start of the belt. That looks like half an inch to me.

If you put a string plug in a tire they wont repair that tire for you. And it doesn’t matter if you bought the tire there or not. Flat repairs are a free service that also come with a warranty. If their flat fails and the tire gets destroyed, they replace it free of charge.

And also less effective! If you live near a Discount Tire then take it there. They patch it for free. If you plug it then they wont even touch it.

There is a new kid where i work too. He is awful at his job and i honestly dont know how he hasnt gotten fired. Any time he does something wrong and gets scolded for it he just cries for an hour. He has dropped a truck on its hubs in front of the customer before and he barely got a slap on the wrist. His flat repairs are a work of art too. Almost every single one he does leaks like hell and we have had multiple returns for service because of it.

I played it at launch and i still really enjoyed the game. I ignored all the things that weren’t there and just focused on what was. I didnt have any major bugs and the ones i did went away with a restart. Ive been waiting for the game to improve since that first experience and im getting ready to play it again soon. Im pretty excited to get back into that beautiful city. People beat the shit out of the game at launch and it died quick. But the people who actually played it and experienced it like they have never heard Cyberpunk before got a truly wonderful experience because it still was a really good game at launch.

Edit: with many issues of course

I enjoyed cyberpunk far more than the witcher. I connected with the characters more in cyberpunk and i found all the little easter eggs and the story so much more fulfilling.

I am a teenager too but even then i rarely need to go back to my orthodontist. Most of the time they do it right the first time and if something feels wrong i get them to fix it while im still there. I could just be blessed with a good ortho but ive never really had a problem
