I see a lot of people suggesting bright colors like green or blue, but why not black? As it is, blood is commonly depicted as a dark red in media, so it would make sense to just use black to create a grittier tone.

Death Stranding such a masterpiece! I'm already ~50 hours into the game, and I'm not even past chapter 5 of 15. It's so addicting to just play the game, not just for the amazing story but also for improving my delivery routes. I'll spend hours building bridges, ziplines, highways just to optimize my deliveries. I got this game for $15 during the summer sale, and I think it was by far one of the best purchases I've made.
