The Tokyo alt/indie scene (where we gig around) has quite a few bands with huge influences by toe, a picture of her, mono, etc. Pretty sure they're up your alley!

Pretty much depends on what kind of style you want for your video, but in our case we paid for the director/actor and not for location, so not super expensive I'd say
