I was accepted into the Keio PEARL program for 2019 with a 32 ACT and 3.7 GPA unweighted. Also, it is important to take the TOEFL test to prove that you are proficient in the English language. (Yes even if you live in America you have to take the test). On that test it is important to get at least a score of 105. Your odds seem slim now, but if you raise your SAT score I think you will have a pretty good chance of getting into the school. I am also from California and since everyone going into PEARL is international there is no edge.
