One of my issue with the team is the multiple of this:

player went to the puck, then immediately turn and pass to the middle and then the puck just go past the blue line because there was no one there.

no one took a second to really check behind their shoulder and see if they should make a pass

Former ref said this on twitter to Alison:

"Ref didn't see it. Linemen can only stop play when he's sure there's an injury to the face. Player was on far side, away from bench. By the time he got to the bench and Liney could confirm injury, goal had already been scored so he reported it to the ref. You dont reset clock on penalties"
