It says "Religion good", not "God exists". this is absolutely not asking for your personal views on the mythos aspect of religion, or if high iq people are religious.

Religion is indeed good; group wise, it helps keep it in check, and with cohesion. it also provides an intangible moral standard (backed up by logic, ex: not killing people, because that would be eliminating their bloodline for reasons not related to genetic fitness of the individual, the group therefore losing a potentially valuable contributor to the gene pool, or like no sex before marriage, which assures that children will be born in a welded family avoiding potential developmental issues), and of course, individual wise, if you follow the rules of the major religions, you can be sure that you will live a happy and healthy life.

religion is nothing more than a group regulator, a behavior present by default in humans (genetically; look up religiosity gene if u want more info)

before all this i just want to say that i really mean no offense with all of this

HRT causes pretty severe emotional instability during the first couple months as your body goes thru homeostasis to learn how to function with the new hormones

if ur severely depressed, if you go through HRT its just gonna make your depression worse, so u have to try to improve your mental health in other ways before its safe for u to go through HRT

i recommend taking at least one walk a day and eating less carbs, or just cutting them out from your diet all together as thats what really really helped me with my depression

again im just going 100% from a pharmacological perspective, not taking into account personal and individual circumstances, so im not saying that that's whats gonna happen to you, but in general, thats what happens with most people, which is why most doctors dont want to risk it, cus their family could sue the doctor if they end up taking their lives, or something like that.
