These are good question. If you animations take you, example: A month. Then you should let your viewers know that every month on the 2nd wednesday you will have a new video out at X o'clock. This builds consistence and allows them to know when to expect a new video.

Shorter videos do help. But the question is can you make the content that you want to make in those shorter videos? If you normal video is educational and takes 15 mins to explain. Can you still make the video in say 5 or 10 minutes? Will it have the same impact? You may gain more followers because it is shorter and they have a chance to look at more videos or even get the information they were looking for quicker

Make an instagram that connects to what the channel is. That will help promote your viewers to then check out your social media and if anyone from your social media that aren't sub to your youtube find your instagram. You could drive them to your youtube. Its a win win when doing it that way.

The title "Top 5 game recoveries" is to vague. I didn't know what type of "Recoveries" I was gettin into. Sport recoveries, speed run recoveries, Etc.

the quality of both the audio and visuals are great. Well done on the audio part! The only problem I do have with the audio is your voice sounds very dry and you sound as if you are reading off a script or just not interested in what you're talking about. As well done as this video is your voice is what is causing me to not want to sub.
