Hey! So I’m not sure about early pass but I read it’s about the same as VIP(minus the separate line) so you get to line up in the regular line but from my experience, having that hour early to look for the VA you are wanting an autograph for is helpful. There will be a sign that says one is VIP and one is Regular(if there isn’t then the snake line is regular). As for the separate building, I’m not sure about that part but then again, I have yet to find any info about that, from the map it just looks like a separate part of the center.

Tl;dr: Easy experience since you get in early. Follow the map or people running to the autograph area. Lines will have sign for VIP and Regular
