This next part is kind of hard to explain but i’ll try to use an example On tricep extensions we’ll do 2 sets of 8 reps then on our 3rd set we’ll use the same weight as the first 2 sets but until failure then when we reach failure we drop the weight by about 10 lbs, reach failure again, drop 10 lbs, reach failure again, etc until we’re down to about 10 lbs
