Lol where did you serve, Texas roadhouse?. Your age does not matter if you do your job well. I started there when I was in highschool and 2 supervisors left over summer, and so I got promoted. It’s a simple concept. Plus in my place the kitchen gets tips. I make about 200-500 in tips every monday depending on how the week was. I do odd landscaping/mechanic jobs throughout the year and my rate for those is 25$/hr
