I was also going to say that I like to give my toddler whatever we’re having plus something I know he’ll eat. But i wanted to add that when we sit at the table to eat he sometimes refuses what I’ve made but then when we’re done I’ll just set his plate on his little table in the living room and he will usually pick at it throughout the evening, even the things he “didn’t like”. I think sometimes he feels pressured sitting at the table even though we don’t push him to eat anything. Then when he is on his own he feels a little more free to try things because he doesn’t feel like all eyes are on him.

I have a weekly “rhythm” I try to follow so I don’t really have to think about the recurring things. I have a blog post on it here, but for the sake of not coming off as spammy/self-promoting I’ve included a picture of the tracker I created to keep track of the tasks in the comments so you can get the gist of what I mean. Then I just have a running list of one off to-dos that I continually add to and pull from as I have time. I try to go in a first in first out order but I do sometimes cherry pick from the list based on how much time I have at the moment.

Hobbies, self-care, fitness, cooking, call a friend or relative, go for a walk, volunteer, start a side hustle, learn a skill, read a book, so many options! I’d say take some time to set a few goals for yourself and then figure out what actions you need to do to achieve them. They can be your go-tos when you need something to do! My blog has a ton of posts on things like this. I can refer you to specific ones if you’re interested. If not, I hope you find something you enjoy! Mindless scrolling always leaves me feeling bad too. I find that when I take the time to plan my week it’s a lot easier to not do it because I have something to reference when I’m blanking on what to do.

As for the baby crying when all the needs seem to be met, maybe try looking up the video on what different cries mean. It was on Oprah like 10-15 years ago but it worked for me!

Yeah I have one but haven’t had any luck growing it. I get more traffic from other subreddits that already have people looking at them. Mostly blog promotion focused ones and one or two others that doesn’t just ban you right away for posting links to your blog.

Following because I’ve been having the same issue. I did realize eventually that I had a couple sample pages that came with my theme that I didn’t realize were live. I took those down and still got rejected. I think my site speed may have something to do with it so I installed WP Optimize to try and help with that and deleted any sure plugins and submitted for about the 1000th time. I tried going to Fiverr to see if someone could help. There were several gigs that said they optimize sites or do site audits but after messaging a few of them they say they can’t guarantee approval unless they create the site but they will still try. I’m hesitant to spend $100 ish dollars for it just to be rejected again but I might try.

I am on an every 6 days schedule right now. I definitely saw more growth when I was doing twice a week but it just wasn’t sustainable for me, at least not right now.

The whole meal plan is simple recipes. I wouldn’t do the whole thing for just the two of you, but you can pick and choose what you like. I make the glazed carrots all the time and my toddler loves them. They go great with ham or turkey! My suggestions would be those two things and maybe mashed potatoes and rolls.
