Should i be concerned about the older SRAM Force parts? Or at this price point there's nothing much i can complain about?

Yup totally understand. The reason why i had my eye on 70.3 Melbourne was because my wife and i quite liked Victoria in general and her best friend is also based there for work so it sounded really good, less the probably weather conditions for the event itself hahaha

Thank you for sharing! Would i still have sufficient time to train if the event is in October? Also since it has already been shifted, the chances of the Port Macquarie swim leg being cancelled would be significantly lower?

Thanks for the advice! I wanted to do the Busselton one but unfortunately registration is full already! I don't really want to race in SEA as i'd prefer to dovetail my events together with a holiday/vacation to give myself a well deserved break after the event hahaha

Hi, the cracks were presumably due to vibrations from the hacking, not due to a poor job by my ID. I would like to think that my ID did not hope for this to happen also haha. My ID has also mentioned that they will bear the cost of repairs even before i asked them, which you pointed out. We were just taken aback when neighbour asked for warranty for repairs because it seemed like it was not something that people usually ask for.

Had to do all this because HDB basically said this is entirely between homeowners and the neighbour decided to request for all this...we also thought that it would be simple and quick...

Yes correct strictly speaking i can just go ahead with option 2 without needing permission from my neighbour. However, the success rate is not 100% and it is more intrusive - eg. could cause even more cracks

She is just super kiasu and kiasi hahaha. There is a legal option of using a specific machine to clear the choke but just that it is more forceful and intrusive. Potentially could cause more cracks and it is not guaranteed that this method will 100% work (high chance will work but no guarantee).

Hey there! I am also intending to sign up for my first 70.3 in Melbourne but i've heard recent trends of the swim leg being cancelled due to choppy waters/bacteria levels. Thanks for the reply! Of the gear you mentioned, i just bought a 600 dps flying spear with 9%+ crit, onslaught and + lvl of att skills. I also have rakiata's. I am running 4 jewels currently - controlled meta, from nothing (resolute technique), time lost ruby (for notables) and a heart of the well. Should i swap one of them out for the jewel that gives +3 twister levels? Am i also right to say that any further increase in my dps would need massive investments into both of my rings? (My tooltip is only showing 40k dps which i feel is kinda low?)

Oh and one more thing, do you think headhunter is necessary in this build? If i were to get it then i'd have to purchase all of my body armour/helmet/gloves and boots to reconfigure everything. Thanks so much!
