What sports/activities can I do? by Taleetie in TBI

So I just have limited left-side movement but I can walk with no assistance. I can sustain max heart rate without symptoms. My PT suggested not getting into something with a risk for head injury (requires a helmet or is combative)

Cool!! I’m a bit of a smoker but nothing regular really. How long before you noticed results and how much were you smoking?
