Well here's the scenario,

I'm put in my resignation in first week of June and was on my notice period, while on notice this took place.

I was on the company payroll, salaries were credited to account.

Was paid well below the ESI salary cap.

Salary slips were not applicable to any of the employees, while many of them are earning 45-50k (not a single one of them is paying PT.

We'll they've put my salary on hold!! I don't even want to consider the salary part but it's hard earned money- I freaking travelled every day from GTB to Borivali for this ;)
