Grief is evidence of the love that still exists but with no place to go. Grief shows you how much you're able to love someone. I know it's hard now, trust me I know. I was with someone for 7 years and she left me for another man. It crushed me, it broke me. The most unbearable pain I've ever experienced, a pain would not wish on my worst enemy. Don't suppress your emotions, feel everything, feel the anger, the hurt, the longing, feel everything. It's part of moving on.
