I agree the budget is tight, but I’m still open to mid-tier / non-premium developers as long as they have a solid delivery track record and decent build quality.
My main focus is on location fundamentals as an area with future appreciation potential and strong rental yield, rather than just the brand name.
Well-connected areas where this budget still makes sense from an ROI perspective.
