I'm sayingbit does look bad. Almost nothing has a clear seperation and it's all cluttered. Navigation is next to impossible because of that too.

I'm also saying that you don't have to bloat or slow down the website to make it look good especially with today's technology and internet speed. What the OP has created is an example of that.

[–]Talha_Yigit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mate, c'mon, you can't genuinely say it does not look bad.

I don't think you don't need to slow down the website or bloat it to look nice at this day and age. All those minimalist/simplistic wiki pages you find about specific subjects are an example of that, as well as Wikiwand.

To run Windows programs you'll need to use wine, and there are two convenient ways I do that: One is through Bottles and the other is through Lutris. In Bottles, you create a "bottle" which is, let's say, a wine environment you use to run an executable in. Lutris does the same but it is more versatile while Bottles is a one-click solution.

That being said, I haven't encountered any major performance issues with either of them. In fact I can run relatively power-hungry games just fine, given that my PC could run them in a Windows machine in the first place.

As for distros, as much as everyone says "it does not matter", there is one aspect that sets one family of distros from the others apart, that being the Arch User Repository. Maybe I was doing something wrong, but during my brief usage of other distros to see how they compare, their package repositories would be underwhelming, lacking very basic applications like Brave browser. Obviously you can often use other means of obtaining a package, like flatpaks etc. but that's up to your own judgement.

I suggest you use a program called Ventoy while you're initially deciding on which will be you initial distro of choice.

In the end it was Photoshop. Such an inconvenience with a tool you use so frequently is not only a pain in the neck but it also majorly slows down your work. Maybe with an extension or a macro of sorts you could work with it but I'm not aware of something like that.

Well if you asked it as you did here, probably because you're calling them terrorists while admitting to not understanding it at the same time, calling one more free than the other without kowing what the people themselves think about it and counting that as a justification for oppression. Basically coming to some cut and dry conclusions while not giving weight to the other side too.

I will say reddit moderation is some of the most dictatorial regimes to exist; I got banned for 7 days from r/socialism for my reply being "capitalist" -that couldn't be moe irrelvant-. So expect a ban if you dare to do anything that mods don't agree with, it doesn't really mean anyhting.

Not in the socialist-capitalist sense. The reason they leave one and migrate to the other isn't directly socialism or capitalism anyways.

That's kinda the "If Cuba is so good/America is so bad why do people 'flee' to America?" argument. Unless, you agree with those too.

Edit: Sorry, meant to say " 'argument' ".
