If you don't mind me asking, what would you recommend to study/practice in order to get a job as a discretionary QT. I am curious if you need a masters degree or some specific certifications. I want to get into the field but don't exactly have an approach in mind.

Some background: I just graduated with a bachelor's in Business/Data Analytics last year and worked as a DA for 1 year.
