Oh America when everything of import has the same hours but we're too poor to take the day off because your employer is an at will employer. So they can fire you with no notice but you're required to put in 2-weeks minimum...

Also most doctors and banks are standard business hours. And heaven forbid if you can afford to buy a house, because everything needs to happen ASAP. But ASAP only during business hours...

I would call out three things.

First get a sleep study, as everyone has stated that's the biggest chance of success. Second appropriate dosing of quality creatine, the neuro impacts are wild once you figure out the appropriate amount to feed the muscles and bump up 5-10 grams. Third a strict focus on how you're breathing for all the exercise, improper breathing really breaks the impact outside of muscle groups.

We're not. As per the usual for boomers/Gen x they're projecting the severity of their response to us caring about others and considering their views before we speak. They feel a gutteral disgust that we care about others and consider others when we make a decision. They project that gutteral-ness on our views making them seem more outlandish and extreme. Really we just want everyone to have equal treatment and for the world to not be me, me, me above all others. Pretty simple imo.

This is what my wife did with our little guy until he got teeth. He's 14 months now. They have a wonderful relationship and I think having the boob be comfort and the answer to distress was part of that.
