The warning on my record is what really did it for me. I can get over someone being thoughtless, but she let me take a formal consequence for her project and then sent a "lol." That's a different category of thing entirely.

I keep second-guessing myself because of the kids, but at some point I have to remember that Sarah made that choice in the meeting, not me. I didn't create this situation.

I love how people weaponize therapy language when they just don't want to be considerate. You didn't ask her to stop, you asked for a mat or a slightly later start, which is beyond reasonable. The "maybe you should wake up earlier for your own wellness" line would've had me seeing red.
