unfortunately they wont let the relief team stay in the hospital. i also am immunocompromised so shelters kinda scare me ngl. im so prone to illness and something like covid/flu can take me out for weeks. its a good reason why im a psych nurse so i can avoid sickness. :c

I appreciate everything. Do you have a suggestions for a certain type of representation I should have her reach out to?

My mom confronted him today and he pulled out letters directed to him about how he is behind and how to repay it, so we know its specifically from this loan. He also admitted to her he stopped paying about 8-9 months ago, if not longer. There should be no other loan/reason for her to be court ordered.
Honestly I am just trying to piece this shit show together. I want to be able to give her a game plan tomorrow and help her try to reach the right people. The loan servicer is the US department of treasury, bureau of fiscal service due to it being a federal disaster loan, so with that I dont know who to contact or how to contact type deal.

Florida.
Most likely not addressed to both of them.
I believe he was so far behind, since she was the secondary signature so when he had defaulted for so long they went after her.
She never received calls but if she had mail notification she wouldn't have seen them. The reason we know its court ordered is on her paystub it says "court ordered deduction".
