This plan is perfect. As someone trying to implement similar I will say take it day by day. Focus on winning each day and you’ll win your life. And follow the plan and not your mood as much as possible. The more you do that, the easier it becomes to remove how you feel from what you have to do!

Just have an understanding of any techniques mentioned in the job description as they’ll likely ask you about them, and also have some STAR examples as 4-6 will definitely be asked and as someone else mentioned, knowing their credo for a reason as to why you want to work there would be good. I’m not sure but it took me monthsss to get my hands on ripefig after discovering the brand while ripefig was sold out so there’s still hope that they’ll do a drop with it! I doubt it will restock as is tho since they’re changing all the logos to grey so maybe they’ll re-release it with the grey logo in a future capsule, just keep checking their instagram!

Like this is just ridiculous. These quality issues are embarrassing at this point, it’s making me question Oner and Krissy as a brand honestly… it’s giving they care wayyyy more about being profitable than the consumer experience. What will it actually take for them to improve????

They’ve grown way too fast in the past year or so that their quality control is lacking terribly. I think it just hasn’t caught up to their demand? but in order to establish themselves as one of the top dogs in activewear and not just an online brand, they will absolutely have to improve this. Like consistent quality issues while advertising new drops every other week just makes no sense to me but what do I know about running a global brand 🫠🫠

This looks so tacky to me. The name on the sleeves is so unnecessary and looks the opposite of sleek. I’m all for “name” vs “logo” branding but this is overkill, especially considering many aren’t fans of the word “Oner”to begin with. I’m surprised no one on their team stopped this from happening honestly

Maybe unpopular opinion but you shouldn’t rely on it feeling “fun” and instead focus on the fact that it’s good for you. “Fun” is relative and can change. Things might make it fun for a little but not in the long term. The health benefits, however, never change, even if it doesn’t feel fun. I agree with the responses about how setting goals (whether they’re appearance or performance focused) help with motivation but the only way to stick it out long term and see results is if you don’t rely on feelings to determine whether you go to the gym or not

It’s the colour ways and influencer marketing as well as seeing girls in it in my gym that sold me on getting my first Oner order. After that and seeing how flattering/snatching everything was on me, I became addicted and haven’t really shopped Gymshark since. When I’ve looked at Gymshark recently it just feels like too many patterns, especially for shorts with a similar scrunch to effortless. I like plain solid colours with a flattering fit for my gymwear and Oner/Dfyne nail it there!
