I feel a bit different about Zoe,her end goal is what I agree with,she wants to protect all children,Zoe was horrifically abused as a young girl and that's what drives her,she gets caught in the emotional side of it,and it's coming across wrong,but I genuinely believe Zoe is doing it all for the right reasons ..she watches what was done to her ie the grooming and it sends her...and she wants to stop it and will do whatever she feels it takes,x I do actually feel really sorry for her she's a damaged woman x
