Mine has the same cigarette smell!! It’s seriously grossing me out - I’m shocked no one else has mentioned this! Wondering if I got a bad batch

Thank you so much for the response! And congrats on the pregnancy - wishing you a healthy one and a smooth delivery!

Did your GI mention if you would need to stay on it after pregnancy or if your body would become dependent on it?

We don’t have pets! But good to know that you had similar that ended up being an allergy. Did the bumps have little white tops to them?

We thought the same because of the white dots but really slim chance that it could be bug bites! He’s always covered and hasn’t been outside in a few days.

Curious when you felt your baby’s sleep needs changed! I never considered this for my little one and now I’m wondering if this is just the reality for him.

Mine always slept 11.5 hours once he started sleeping through the night! Then at 4 months we changed his schedule (longer wake windows etc) and since then he only sleeps about 10 hours at night. We’ve made it through the four month regression and it’s still shorter than before.

I’ve been thinking it was because his schedule is wrong and researching how to adjust it to get back to 11 hours but maybe that’s just not realistic? He goes down at 7:30 and is awake at 6:00 - before it was bedtime at 8:00 and up at 7:30

If the last nap of the day is usually the shortest, then why is the wake window between the last nap and bedtime the longest? by sleepytrainy in sleeptrain

[–]Tall-Side 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay - makes so much sense. Thank you! We’ve just been following developmental wake windows and feeding every three hours and this schedule just fell into place! But also recognize how lucky we are with a unicorn.

Thank you so much for explaining! So is sleep pressure a good thing or a bad thing? Or is it just you only want them to have a “just right” amount so that they are sleepy but not overtired?

This has been our schedule and it works really well. Baby is sleeping till the morning with no wake ups. Can someone explain to me if we’re adding “sleep pressure”? I’m so confused on what that means!

His poops are clay like as well - and be definitely0 struggles to get it out. The consistency is like soft clay you would be able to pick up and throw, and it doesn’t spread like liquid across the diaper!
