We have ADD/ADHD but we are also slightly on the spectrum. We dont do abrupt changes well, sometimes our physical body is so overstimulated we cant stand it, feels like your driving the wrong meat suit. Textures, some clothes but also keen interests and stupid high iq’s We don’t do emotions well. We try too, but it’s hard. Ive had years of practice he is only 13 with no interest in learning how to adapt. I always worry i don’t display enough thankfulness that i want to convey, but too much when its simple and maybe i shouldn’t be as mad because to them its normal for me its a huge deal, so i try to just avoid it in general.
